The complete RABOTTI solution for testing a single
Common Rail injector Thanks to over ten years of experience in the field of
“TEC” products, Rabotti has developed a new test bench for testing and tuning each single Common Rail injector.
The UNITEC test bench is capable of performing all tests
as per the TEC100 EVOLUTION test bench as well as the coding of Delphi and Bosch injectors.
The UNITEC is also available with a “touch screen” version which greatly enhances the already excellent
performance of the software.
The machine outfit is integrated by a diagnostic system of the latest generation and by an advanced “Reporting”
system, compatible with softwares like Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
Independent bench performing complete and a accurate test of
multibrand common rail injectors and pumps (Bosch, Siemens, Delphi, Denso).
The TEC 100 is equipped with a PC automatically controlling the whole
of Common Rail pumps and injectors functions.
The specs updating takes place via Internet moreover test on pumps and electro-injectors are available through manual parameters control.
Tests available by automatic control:
• for pumps: Cranking - Pressure loss - Efficiency (if pump is equipped
with transfer pump, it’s possible to verify the aspiration);
• for injectors: Back flow, Pre-injection, Cranking (low rotation speed),
Middle rotation speed, Maximum rotation speed;
• For pump’s DRV: Continuity (test on the electrical circuit), Functionality
(test on the operation).
Main characteristics are: High pressure System up to 1800 bar, test up to 6 injectors, predisposition lubrication pump, measurement of the
temperature inflow and outflow oil, four gauges for: low pressure inflow,
low pressure outflow, internal pressure and test on aspiration.
Updated version of Common Rail RABOTTI
TEC 200 simulator, specially developped for testing large-dimension injection
pumps installed on heavy vehicles (such as Bosch CP2 and CP2.2 pumps).
The high-pressure hydraulic unit is safely
performing up to 1800 bar and a new flow meter grants greater accuracy while measuring the
injector capacity. The hydraulic installation is protected against overheating by a unit
thermostat.
The simulator has to be installed on a minimum 11Kw traditional test bench.
Thanks to the experience acquired on the Commn Rail field,
Rabotti has developped a new simulator meant for diesel repair shops granting efficent and rapid diagnosis on the
diesel equipment available in the market.
With the application of the latest technologies on TEC 200
Rabotti comes up as a leader in the diesel repairs field granting the endusers with quick returns on their investments.
Thanks to the great experience over the years in
the Common Rail field, Rabotti has developped the simulator TEC 300, a simple instrument capable
to perform a complete and precise diagnosis of multi-brand pumps and Common Rail injectors
(Bosch, Siemens, Delphi, Denso).
The TEC 300, combined with a traditional bench with
graduates, allows testing injection pumps and electroinjectors for diesel Common Rail systems.
