RDS 100 Tester pression rail
RDS 100 is a microprocessor digital equipment for the high pressure diagnostic of the common-rail injection system. the equipment is feeded with batteries and is made for the execution of the measure directly on the car. The dotation included the interconnexion wiring, the connection for the plug in pressure and the sample pressure sensor.

The equipment is used to effect measure of absolute and comparative pressure, moreover it can memorize the obteined dat from the car in movement, for the characterization of the rail pressure sensor.

CPF 200 represents the instrument completing the computerised equipment  that Rabotti provides white  a sensor kit for the diagnosis of the low pressure PDE or EUI injection system; execution of controls is possible in both cases: whit the stopped vehicle or driving. Using this device the low pressure of the PDE or EUI system is verified in all components with sensor different from the ones placed on the vehicle: it allows to have an objective and indipendent measures comparison respect to the one provided by the vehicle EUC.

This system allows to test simultaneously n.3 pump-injectors;it is composed by a mechanic group combinable to a traditional pump diesel test bench and has a computerized system for the quantity electronic survey injected at the casing, the medium capacity and the injection pressure for each individual injector.

The device may be equipped of a reading system (bar-code) of dates,directly on the injector in order to control the effective conformity at the constracting house features and to obtain the necessary dates to set up the motor (class-capacity ..)

With the suitable optional kit (on request) is possible arrange the control and the set up of injector-pump.

Every function is done by computer and software. The measurement system is realised by volumetrical measures that give the istantaneous capacity of the pump under testing. Every test parameter is visualised on the monitor with colour 17" and testing are automized. 

Every setting parameter's schedule could be memorized or personalized. By the printing in dotation is possible to obtain the report of the testing effected. The dragging engine testing is realisedwith the direct couple control running (DTC).

Advance tester for CMP 25 distributor diesel pumps
The CMP 25 kit has been projected to semplify and to increase the accuracy of the advance angle measure on the distributor pumps. The pump's advance is monitored by a mechanical tracer point placed on the apoosite compartment in which is located the automatic mechanicam that check the advance angle. The tracer point's movements are changed in a proportional electrical signal and, opportunely elaborated by the microprocessor, visualized on the digital display directly on degress.

The tracer point ant the visualization box can be coupled to any test bench; can be feed at 220 V AC through the apposite trasformer, or can be feed with a 12 V tension always present on the test bench. So it can be use also with a pump mounted on the vehicle ( naturally If there is sufficient space).

If it is used with the oscilloscope EDC-OS-PE allows to verify and to effectuate the centeringn of the impulse-wheel place on the governor.

The oscilloscope has been developped for the checking and the setting of the impulse wheel placed in the electronic governor of the diesel injection pumps type "P". The equipment EDC-SI-PE can be used with the EDC-OS-PE.
 
 
 
 NOZZLE TESTER
 
Nozzle tester "G pump"
Hand operated tester model "G pump" for the test and the calibration of the diesel engine nozzles R, S, T e U sizes. The body in alluminium, the high quality of no-leakage pumping element, the precision gauge (0-600 bar) with cut-off lever, the pressure output connector with 14 x 1,5 mm fitting and the trasparent spray chamber for jets observation and collection, the 2,5 litres tank and interchangeable 5 microns filter, make the "G pump" an assential equipment for the nozzles servicing before and after the repair. Otherwise the lock clamp for 16/34 mm. Iniectors-holders, with adjustable position, complets the equipment.

The "G pump" allows to carry out:

the seal test of the injector-holder body, of the needle and of the noozle 

the checking and the cslibration of the opening pressure 

the checking of the sprays, their shape and distribution

Nozzle tester "P pump"
The pump is used to verify the nozzles conditions of the diesel engines. It can check the pressure pulverisation, the functioning of the noozle, the breadht and the form that have to be the same for all jets and it there is some dripping. It is supplied with a double range manometer (Bar and Ibs/sq. Inch; 0-600 or 0-400) and two connection.

The best innovating machine on dynamic turbochargers balancing. Redat, thanks to a great experience and professionalism, has developed and manufactured MRV-1, an innovating and complete machine on dynamic turbochargers balancing.

How MRV-1 works
MRV-1 vibration sorting rig points out the remaining unbalance in the CHRA once assembled and tests it under the same conditions as fitted on the engine.

This condition is made possible thanks to an exclusive Redat's patent that allows to test the CHRA and the compressor housing, re-creating the specific internal air flow.

With this new system it is easy and absolutely realistic to reach high testing speeds also for those turbo chargers that exceed 230.000 rpm.

MRV-1 Is endowed with sophisticated and precise sensors for the acquisition of the test data and with a Personal Computer endowed with a specific and applicative software that works the result out.

In order to effect the balancing, MRV-1 supplies the data of the correction angle and unbalance form so that it is possible to intervene with simplicity and precision on the parts that have to be balanced.

Other functions of the machine are: possibllity of recording on the hard disk the test you have effected, print graphs, print balancing certificates duly personalized and also, to be connected to the peripherals and services allowed by a Personal Computer.

MRV-1 Is a complete machine endowed with an air tank (necessary to effect test) and a silencer, according te the environmental regulations.

Applications
Current trends in the design of turbochargers require high revolving speed, ever growing reliability and performances.

To obtain this, exacting running and dynamic balancing must be constntly maintained during all turbocharger life.

MRV-1, wuth a careful balancing of the CHRA, assures a correct and balanced running of the turbochargers, that determines evident benefits in performance, fuel consumption, life of single components and an important reduction in exhaust emission.

MRV-1 is the completion of a modern turbocharger overhauling workshop and/or represents the ideal tool able to grant quality control, defining precise production standards and testing units previously assembled.
