The CMP25E / IN LINE PUMPS equipment allows performs the electronic test of the position of the
adjustment rod on in-line.
This system replaces the traditional comparator (mechanical type).
Measurement, expressed in
millimetres, is visualised on the 4-digit display that is placed on the front panel
of the electronic unit.

diesel pumps The CPM 25 kit was developped to simplify and increase the measuring accuracy on the rotative
pumps advance angle.
The injection pump advance is controlled by a mechanical tracer housed in a specific compartment
of the pump.
The measurements of the advance aere converted
into proportional electrical impulses and readable in degrees on a microprocessor digital display.
This equipment can be installed on all existing test benches and be powered at 220 V with an adaptor.
CPM 25 can be used directly on vehicles with enough room in the engine hood.
DIGITAL FLOWMETER
The Flow METER FLUX100 is a digital device capable of measuring the instant flow of a liquid. The sensor is suitable to be used with test
oil type ISO 4113 utilized in diesel test benches.
This equipment, connected to a traditional test bench of graduates
type, is capable to effect electronic measurements of the flow.
Diesel injector tester, multi function and multi brand with
electronic pressure measurement

Hand drive injector tester
Hand driven nozzle tester “G PUMP” is used to test and to calibrate the injectors R, S, T, and U for diesel engine.
Built with a high quality steel structure, the pumping elements offer an accurate prerssure reading (0-600 bar)
with a cut-off lever. The transparent injector housing is built to observe the smokes pulverisation and outflow during
the test, the 2,5 litres tank with 5 interchangeable microns filters, make the “G PUMP” an essential equipment for the
nozzles checking before and after the repair.
Moreover the G pump is equipped with a lock clamp for ø
16/34 mm nozzle-holders.
Allows to carry out:
• the seal test of the injector-holder body, of the plunger and of the nozzle holder
• checking and calibration of the opening pressure
• checking the jets and their shape
• checking of chatter
ELECTRONIC TESTER FOR EDC DEVICES
It is conceived the control, setting, adjusting and testing the functions of the
systems “Electronic Diesel Control” fitted on the electronic rotary injection
pumps.
The EDC devices are integrated parts of the electronic injection systems of
cars and commercial vehicles produced by most of the vehicles manufacturers,
just to name a few: ALFA ROMEO, AUDI, BMW, CITROEN, FIAT, LANCIA, MERCEDES, PEUGEOT, ROVER, etc.
EDC SI-VE/IR is entirely digital, built to carry out directly the control and
adjustments of the rotary pumps with inductive or potentiometer positioning
transducer, to be set according to the data issued by the pump’s manufacturer.
On the base of the data entered by the operator, the EDC SI-VE/IR can generate
a signal to control and drive the EDC system mounted on the pump under test.
At the same time it is possible to read the return tension values corresponding
to the position of the electromagnetic actuator.
The EDC SI-VE/IR can be used without interruption and without continuously
for undetermined periods without undergoing any damages or over heating.
More over the EDC SI-VE/IR is built in a standard modular form and size to be
used either as a single stand unit or integrated in cabinets or trolleys.
ELECTRONIC TESTER FOR EDC SYSTEMS
Built for control, setting on functions of Electronic Diesel Control injections
pumps.
The EDC-SI PE is a fully digital apparatus ideal for a direct control and setting
of the pumps according to the data supplied by the pump manufacturer.
The instrument will set the piloting signal of the EDC system of the pump,
according to the digital setting made by the operator.
At the same time the tension of the return signal will be shown. The tension
shown is determined by the position of the electromagnetic actuator.
The setting of the tensions, as requested by the pump manufacturer data sheets,
is obtained automatically by digiting the requested values on the numerical
keyboard.
All the connecting poles of the pump regulator have a direct connection on the
front panel of the instrument. This also allows you to carry out static check ups
can be carried out with on the regulator with the digital multimer.
The EDC-SI PE housing has a standard modular size and, on request, it can be
supplied with folding supports or fitted in a standard trolley.
ELECTRONIC TESTER FOR DPCN INJECTION PUMPS
Check, calibrate and test the functions of the actuator devices, of the advance and of the potentiometer mounted
on the LUCAS rotative injection pumps .
DPCN is an instrument conceived for the regulation of the injection pump’s advance on the base of the setting
actuated by the user, at the same time the return tension together with the acceleration lever can be visualized.
With the equipment are supplied with the equipment are
the adaptation cables for all types of current injectors, in particular for the FOR, FIAT,
REANAULT, (etc..) cars The equipment is supplied with battery autonomous device
for direct tests on the cars.
DELTA T METER
Combined with the Rabotti® Common Rail test benches TEC100, TEC200 & TEC300, it can measure the oil
temperature at the inlet and outlet of the pumps under test.
More over the instrument calculates the difference in
temperature between the two values.
It is an instrument that can be used with all Common Rail
simulators Rabotti® TEC200 and TEC300, It can perform available tests on high pressure pumps, more correctly,
the high pressure pumps fitted with an auxiliary pump (it permits to check the sucking capacity of the test oil from
the tank).
The instrument has a double function:
• To set the hydraulic connection of the pumps for theextented test;
• Measures the depression at the inlet of the pump (sucking from tank);
• Measures the pressure at the pumps outlet;
• Measures the internal pressure of the pumps.
A specific kit (fitting on most common pumps is supplied for measuring the pump internal pressure.
