Which is the lead time after my order ?
For parts ready in stock usually are needed 1-2 days from receipt of payment for European countries and 3-4 days for the others.
How much is the shipping cost ?
The shipping cost depends on: parcel’s weight and dimensions and from your country distance from Italy.
The cost will be indicated in our offer.
Which are sales terms about reconditioned components ?
1) Diesel Levante s.r.l. supplies the reconditioned components in
the shortest time as possible.
2) The customer has to return the old product within 30 days from receipt of our reconditioned
component. The old units have to be complete in all spare parts and not dismantled.
In case the product is incomplete, the missing spare parts will be invoiced at the current
price list
3) The return of old units is compulsory, with the exception of previous agreements.
4) Failure to return the cores, will result in a charge equal to the difference between the
cost of reconditioned component and surcharge, and missing of full surcharge.
5) Not receiving any communications within 7 days from the purchasing date, all our sales
conditions will be considered as accepted.
6. Delivery of old unit has to be made through a courier specified by Diesel Levante, and
cost of delivery is on customer’s charge
7) For VAT owners old unit has to be shipped with a return document
8) The surcharge advanced will be refunded through a credit transfer within 30
days from receipt of the old component, on customer’s bank account. A credit note will be
issued as document.

When are effective guarantee terms ?
Our reconditioned products are covered by a 12 months guarantee from the date of the invoice. New products have a 24 months guarantee.
The guarantee is only for reparation or replacement of the product object of contest.
Guarantee is not valid in the following cases:
- inexpertness during installation
- the product has been opened without our authorization
- bad working owing to external agents (water, polluted fuel oil, non-cleaning of
the system…..) Transport charges, assembling/disassembling charges, car stop charges, and/or
any other claim for damages, will not be recognized.
Diesel Levante s.r.l. has no liability for damages caused by defective products.
The replaced spare parts will not be returned.
Guarantee will not be extended owing to the replacement of the pump.
Not receiving any written communication within 7 days from the date of the invoice, our
warranty terms will be considered as accepted.
