Zexel, Stanadyne…) that not genuine completely interchangeable with components of the most important european and extra-european OEM for Diesel Injection System and Diesel Engines.
SPECIAL INJECTORS
Diesel Levante deals also Nozzles for Marine Diesel engines, Stationary engines, Mule engines, Railway engines, Earth Moving Machines engines, etc. both cooled and
uncooled; nozzles have a body in nitrurated
or K2D (nichel and chromium) steel and they can be chromium or copper plated
while needles are in high speed steel.
The flow of the Nozzles are checked with sophisticated test instruments, both during working process and at the end of the
production cycle. The most important testing operations and the check of the tightness
are carried out by high skilled technicians, using high precision electronic
instruments.
Nozzles suitable both for Diesel oil and for Heavy Fuel, and our production
ranges from small DL-T and DLF-T size to Nozzles with Ø 16 mm of guide
hole, completely interchangeable with components of the most important OEM.
PUMP ELEMENTS AND DELIVERY VALVES:
Diesel Levant deals Pump Elements and Delivery Valves for Marine,
Stationary, Mule, Railway and Earth Moving Machine engines, both for Diesel oil and
Heavy Fuel. Our barrels are made in carburized or nitrurated steel, and we can
also produce Pump elements according to our customers’ specimens.
Our Pump Elements and Delivery Valves are completely interchangeable with
components of the most important OEM.
