The simulator IPC 300 is a multi-function and multi brand equipment suitable for testing and
controlling the operating conditions of the unit pumps type UPS/PLD and injector-pumps EUI/
PDE.

• A mechanical unit capable of housing all the tools for testing the UPS and EUI. It can be
installed on any conventional driving bench.
• An electronic control box to be placed on a trolley next to the test bench.

The IPC 400 simulator is an equipment developped
to verify the functionality of unitary pump injectors (PLD) and of Injectors-Pumps
(EUI).
It consists of two units and exactly:
• A mechanical unit, for housing the element to be tested and installed on a traditional test
bench.
• A control console that contain simulator’s electrical and electronical parts.
The system is managed by a personal computer with dedicated software.
Equipment for testing EUI CATERPILLAR systems
Allows to check the functionality of injector-pump (EUI). It consists of two unit:
• A mechanical unit, for housing of theelement to test, installed on a traditional test bench.
• An electronic control (to be fixed on trolley). The electronic unit, that effects the pilotage of the coil, allows
the operator to set up the duration of the struck injection and the number of strokes.
The measure of the capacity is carried out by the measuring
unit existing on the traditional bench. The shaft of the tool contains two cams different between they
of 180° with risings respective of 10.541 mm and 13.731 mm whose profile traces the original course of the cam of motors
CATERPILLAR.
This allows to choose the more suitable cam to the injector to try (through the unit electronic is possible to choose if put in
phase injection CATERPILLAR on one of the other cam).
Simulator for industrial vehicles (PDE or EUI systems)
The system allows to test 3 injector-pumps at the same time.
It consists of a mechanical unit to be installed on a traditiional diesel test bench and of a computerized system
with the electronic recording of volume injected for each stroke, the medium flow and the injection pressure for
each injector.
The device may be equipped with a data reading system
(bar-code), directly on the injector, in order to be in conformity with the manifacturer request specs and
to obtain the data needed to set up the engine (class, capacity, etc..).
With the suitable optional kit (available on request) it is possible to pre-set the control and the set up of
injectorpumps.
Equipment for testing functionality of MUI Systems
(Special version for DETROIT mechanical injectors) To activate the injectors a 10.541 mm high cam is fitted
on the shaft.
The simulator is fitted with a specific housing containing the element to be tested; this unit is installed on a traditional
test bench.
For operating and thermoregulation par. IPC 300 needs to
be driven by a traditional test bench. The simulator can test injectors of various shapes and
dimensions.
For each kind of injector, an adaptation kit is to be used. This kit consists of the following components: injector
guiding tip, adaptation bushing, reaction flange.
Digital comparator for in-line pumps.
The CMP25E / IN LINE PUMPS equipment allows performs the electronic test of the position of the
adjustment rod on in-line.
This system replaces the traditional comparator
(mechanical type). Measurement, expressed in millimetres, is visualised
on the 4-digit display that is placed on the front panel of the electronic unit.
