In addition, for each overhauled turbocharger you will save up to 40% without compromising its performance and reliability; all annoying machine stops are eliminated and, by using the old turbine, we contribute to the respect for our environment where we all live.

We think it is important to contribute to the reduction of waste by regenerating those parts that - if conveniently handled - may still continue to work for a very long time.

We also carry out the repair and regeneration of our customers’ turbochargers by providing for the collection of such items thanks to our contract carriers and we assure the return of the repaired turbochargers within the following 24 hours.

 STAGES REMANUFACTURING PROCESS

All bearing housings and turbine housings are cleaned using a furnace to burn out all carbon deposits. All policy parts i.e. bearing and seals are replaced with new OEM parts.

All major components are checked to manufacturers equipment specifications and replaced as necessary — All new parts are original equipment, manufacturers materials.

Each turbocharger rotor assembly is dynamically balanced.

Every high speed turbochargers cartridge is then balanced using a Garrett authorised Vibration Sort Rig
