SEMI-AUTOMATIC TEST BENCH FOR PLD
FL 100 semi-automatic test bench was developped for controlling and testing PLD type pumps at their production line end. It is an
industrial equipment destined specifically to the manufacturers of Diesel injection products.
The rotation of the cam shaft results in the compression of the spring that presses on a piston. The piston pressurizes the Diesel
oil that is inside the internal chamber.
When the coil is energized, it opens the duct to let Diesel oil out at high pressure so to convey it to the injector of the combustion
chamber.
FL 100 is equipped with 3 washing stations controlled by one
single operator.
The equipment is in compliance with all safety and protection standards.
Four access doors are provided to allow maintenance interventions to be done.
The table accommodates three tools on which the PLD are placed. Several sets of tools are available in accordance with the types
of pumps to be tested.
TEST BENCH FOR ADVANCED DIESEL INJECTION

Developped to test the components of the radial-jet, fuel rail and injection type system.
The test consists of measuring the mechanical and
volumetric efficiencies of the tested pumps and of analysing the injector characteristics (measuring of the
injection capacity on the various excitation strokes of injector and the measuring of the blow by flow).
